Return Window:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, and returned items must be in brand-new condition.
• No returns will be accepted after 90 days, regardless of the item.

Exceptions:

• Due to expiration dates, no returns are accepted for microbiological test kits, chloride, sulfate, nitrate, or other salt testing equipment after 30 days.

Restocking Fees:

• Returns after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and returned items must be in brand-new condition.
• Returns after 30 days for high-voltage holiday detectors are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Refunds & Credits:

• Refunds or credits will only be issued after inspection.
• Freight and calibration fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on the part of KTA-Tator, Inc.

Received Damaged Equipment?
If you receive damaged equipment, we will replace the unit under the manufacturer’s warranty once it has been inspected for usage.
