Bristle Blaster – Removes corrosion and coatings while simultaneously generating a surface profile. This profile measures can measure between 2.6 and 3.3 mils using replica tape. This also achieves a surface cleanliness (comparable to abrasive blasting); thereby providing a coating ready surface in a single operation.

The tool is powered by compressed air rotating a belt of Carbon Steel pins using kinetic energy to remove surface material then retracting after impact creating an anchor profile.

Belts are available in two different sizes (11mm & 23mm). The different sizes are for small, difficult operations, while the different materials are for ferrous or non-ferrous materials. Do Not use Carbon Steel belts on non-ferrous substrates.
