The DPM probe has everything you need to get your ambient conditions.  Just snap this probe onto the bottom of your Positector 6000 body and it will be capable of giving you:

• Relative Humidity
• Air Temperature
• Surface Temperature
• Dew Point Temperature
• The Difference between Dew Point and Surface Temperature
• Wet Bulb Temperature (Advanced Memory bodies Only)

Another great feature is its capability to become a data logger.  Simply go to auto-log mode in the settings and set your time intervals.  The device will then take a set of readings every time your specified time limit is achieved!
