Press-O-Film® Replica Tape – X- Coarse Plus (6-Pack)
Each carton contains 50 pieces (impressions) of Testex Tape
Coarse measures: 4.0 to 6.0 mils (100 to 150 µm)
This 6-pack of X-Coarse Plus Replica Tape ensures you are well-stocked and prepared for measurements. Replica Tape consists of a compressible foam layer attached to a uniformly thick, incompressible polyester substrate. When the tape is pressed against a rough steel surface, the foam collapses and forms an impression of the surface. To measure the surface profile, use an spring or digital micrometer thickness gauge and subtract the thickness of the substrate.
Includes:
- 6 cartons of replica tape (50 impressions each, 300 impressions total)
- High Accuracy Burnishing Tool
- Quick Guide Instructional Pamphlet
