Enhance your abrasive blast cleaning productivity with the pocket-sized KTA 160 Hypodermic Needle Pressure Gauge. Designed for use with hypodermic needles, this gauge accurately measures air pressure (up to 160 psig) at the blast nozzle, ensuring precise nozzle pressure readings where they matter most.
Proper use of this gauge will identify pressure drops that can lead to decreased production rates, increased abrasive consumption, and improper anchor profiles in abrasive blasting systems.

Accuracy: ±2%
To use: Ensure the needle is tightly attached to the gauge, lubricate the needle, and insert through the blast hose at a 45 degree angle, directing it away from from the flow of the air or abrasive.

Testex Press-O-Film Replica Tape – Legacy Roll
Testex replica tape is used in conjunction with an analog or digital spring-loaded micrometer for acquiring surface profile measurements according to Method C in ASTM D4417. The replica tape is rubbed onto the abrasive blast cleaned surface forming a reverse replica of the peak-valley pattern in the steel. The replica is quantified using a spring-loaded micrometer to determine the maximum peak-to-valley depth. Each roll of tape contains 50 pieces.
